• Property investment involves inherent risks. Market values can decline. Past performance of a micro-market or asset class is not a guarantee of future returns. Any projections we share are indicative only.
• BBMP and government documentation timelines are subject to the processing capacity and procedures of the relevant authorities. We cannot guarantee specific turnaround times, though we commit to proactive follow-up on your behalf.
• Our role in transactions is to facilitate and advise. Final decisions — including whether to buy, sell, rent, or invest — rest entirely with you.

4. No Fiduciary Relationship

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written engagement agreement, the relationship between Point Square Realty and you is that of service provider and client, not fiduciary. We act in good faith to serve your interests, but our advice does not create a fiduciary duty, attorney-client relationship, or any other legally privileged relationship.

5. Accuracy of Information

The information on this Site — including property details, market statistics, and service descriptions — is provided in good faith and updated regularly. However, we do not warrant that all information is complete, accurate, or current at all times. Property data, pricing, and government regulations change frequently.
